Garden Palace Krakow

I had a great time at this hotel! the location was perfect. It was in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close enough to the main attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms on the 3rd floor were cozy and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and there was a tea kettle provided, which was a nice touch. Plus, the breakfast had a variety of different items every day, which kept things interesting.

While there was nothing major that stood out as needing improvement, there were a few minor things that could have been better. But overall, everything was ok.

The hotel's location is perfect, with the Old Town and all its attractions just a short walk away. The area is peaceful yet well-connected to public transportation. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and come with large windows that make them bright and airy. The staff is kind and helpful, and the breakfast, although a bit limited, is more than enough. The hotel also has its own restaurant and there are other great options nearby.

The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had in this city.

Staff were courteous, room was large and bright. The quick check-in too. Very central location, not too far from aquapark.

Conveniently located, within walking distance to the main square and public transportation. Recently renovated 19th-century architecture with clean, comfortable rooms. Garden restaurant on the ground floor is a peaceful oasis. Highly recommended for its superb staff and reasonably priced, delicious food. Easy communication and prompt replies.
